Goal
- To play rally front court and mid court
- To serve shuttlecock to start a rally
- To enjoy badminton games
- Student to sustain rally-100 strokes with the coach covering mid and front court (1/2 court rally)
Skills to learn
- Focus on hand-eye coordination and hitting simple rally
- General Principle of Badminton
- Grips: Basic Forehand and Backhand Grips
- Footwork: Basic Foot works
- Serves: Low backhand Serve and High Forehand Serve
- Hitting Skills: Net Lift and Overhead Clear
Physical activities
- Low to Medium Intensity
- Body Coordination, Stability, and Balance
- Running, basic upper/ lower body strength

- Accuracy in Serve (Low and High)
- Hitting Skills: Clear, Smash and Overhead Drop, Net, Net Lift, Net Kill
