What is the Sign-up fee?
Sign-up fee is a one-time fee charged at the time of the plan registration. It is not refundable upon the plan’s cancellation.
Once the plans are canceled, the Sign-up fee will be recharged for renewal.
How long I can put my monthly plan on hold, and how much is the holding fee?
We can put your plan on hold for a maximum of 2 months after a requested period, after that, it will be canceled automatically by the system (a hold request can be extended by submitting a new form).
You will be charged $10 for administration fee per request.
Hold plan won’t be charged for the Sign-up fee again when removed.
How do I change/hold/cancel my membership plan?
It must be requested through this Membership form for a maximum of 7 days’ notice before the next billing period.
Any verbal requests or emails (without submitting the form) will not be processed further.
Late notifications will be charged an additional $10 with no exception or refund.
