We require a 30-day notice for membership changes; such as cancellation, changes from family to individual, holding an account for some time, or membership migration between the two centers (Plano and DFW).
Please note that there won’t be any refund given once membership fees are PAID (All sales are Final).
Requests to HOLD your account for a certain period (max. 2 months) can only be made from the 1st of the following month. Please note that there will be a $10 administration fee charged to your account for putting your account on HOLD status.
The HOLD period can be extended by submitting the new request, and It will be charged for another $10 (per request) as well.
If you decide to CANCEL your membership, please note that the registration fee will be recharged for renewal.
